Pasture Bristol brings you class and character. From the flagstone floors & sweeping staircase to the passionately prepared food and the warmth of our friendly staff. Our open kitchen showcases charcoal grills and dry-aging cabinets. This is where it all began; Fire, Meat, Music was born in Bristol. We select only the very best beef from farms in the southwest, all of which have been raised on Pasture. We only buy suckled Native breeds of beef and dry age it for a minimum of 35 days. Our in-house butchers cut the steaks fresh for each service.
