For Cardiff and Bristol: Absolutely! Our main floor is fully accessible and equipped with an accessible toilet as well. Birmingham: Absolutely! Our restaurant is equipped with ramps both outside and inside, as well as an easy access toilet located near the front door. What time does your DJ night start? Cardiff: Our DJ nights typically start at 20:00 every Friday. Birmingham: Our DJ nights typically start at 20:00 every Friday and Saturday. Bristol: We do not have DJ nights at this venue. Can I bring my dog? Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs in our terrace area, but unfortunately dogs are not welcome in the restaurant. Birmingham: Please note that only guide dogs are permitted on the premises. What is your alcohol policy? At Pasture, we operate a strict and responsible alcohol service policy to ensure compliance with the law and the safety of our guests and staff. We do not sell or serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances. In line with our Challenge 21 policy, any guest who appears to be under 21 years of age will be required to provide valid photographic identification to verify that they are over 18. If there is any uncertainty regarding a guest’s age, staff must request identification before serving alcohol. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach and do not permit underage individuals or those without valid ID to consume alcohol on the premises, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian or when purchasing a meal. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all staff and customers at all times.
If I book several small tables, will you be able to push them together? Unfortunately not, if you would like to book a large group and cannot see availability online, please contact our teams directly via email. Can I arrive earlier for drinks? While you are welcome to arrive early for drinks, please note that we do not take bookings for the bar area and the space is offered on a first come first serve basis. What happens if I arrive late for bookings? If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your table may only be held for a limited time of 15 minutes. If you are running later than that, please contact our hosts directly via text or call. Can I prepay for the meal or pay over the phone? While we do not accept prepayment over the phone, you can purchase a voucher instead, which can be redeemed at the restaurant. Vouchers can be purchased through our online store, or in store at any of our sites and used in any venue across our restaurant group. I can’t find my booking. If you are unable to find your booking, please reach out to us for assistance. How long do we have at the table? The standard time at the table is 1 hour and 45 minutes, however we do allocate additional time for larger groups. Please enquire at the time of booking and our reservations team will inform you of your table turn. What is the deposit policy? We require £10 per person for groups of 5+. This secures your booking and will be deducted from your bill on the day. When booking through a member of staff, we will send you a secure paylink via email to pay this deposit. In the case this is not paid within the deadline, your booking will automatically be cancelled. For Pasture special event days we may require a higher deposit. Please enquire for specific details. What is the expiration policy for vouchers and can they be extended? Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, as indicated on the voucher. Please note that vouchers become valid 24 hours after purchase. If you have a voucher you’d like to extend, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we cannot extend vouchers that have already expired. What is the cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy varies, depending on the size of the party. Please reach out directly to the restaurant for further information. Is there a waiting list ? While we don’t have a waiting list, you’re more than welcome to sign up for a priority alert on our website. You’ll receive a message with a direct booking link as soon as your requested slot becomes available.
Do you serve only Sunday roast menus on a Sunday? No, our A La Carte and our Sunday roast menus are both available to order from on a Sunday. Sunday Roast is served until 16:00.( Birmingham) / 17:00 (Bristol and Cardiff) Do you cater to allergies and intolerances? Absolutely! We take dietary requirements very seriously and have dedicated menus for allergies and intolerances. If you have specific requirements, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Do you have special dietary requirement menus? Yes, we offer menus tailored to specific dietary requirements. Please inquire for more information. Do you accommodate vegans? Yes, we have vegan options available on our menu to cater to all dietary preferences. Is your meat halal? Yes, we offer halal options on our menu. Our lamb and chicken (Birmingham only) are both Halal certified. Please note that our beef is no halal. Do you serve bar food and drinks? Yes, all our bar tables operate on a first come, first served basis for drinks and food. We offer our A La Carte menu every day for walk-ins. Is your a la carte menu served outside? No, unfortunately our A La Carte menu cannot be enjoyed in our outdoor seating area, but you may order it at the bar. Are your wines vegan? We offer a selection of vegan wines. Can you make a birthday cake? We do not make birthday cakes, but we do have a selection of desserts and can offer a complementary ‘happy birthday’ plate when requested. Can we bring birthday cakes and decorations for celebrations? Yes, you are welcome to bring birthday cakes and decorations to enhance your celebrations! No confetti please. Birmingham - We love celebrating special moments with you! However, we kindly ask that outside cakes are not eaten on the premises. Thank you so much for your understanding.
